Who are we?
Landela Pharmaceutical develops, licenses, and distributes niche and specialty prescription based generic drug products in the U.S. Key markets include sterile liquids for inhalation and opthalmics, oral solid dosage drugs, and injectibles. Landela also has an API division (FineTech Pharmaceutical) that manufactures specialty API products in Israel.

Experienced Team
Our team has built strong relationships with customers and partners by providing the highest quality service and value added skills that are unique in Sterile manufacturing and Formulation and Development. Landela has cultivated a global network of contract manufacturers, laboratories, and regulatory/quality consultants. This network is a ready to use, reviewed, and tested network to streamline the timeline and process of dealing with multiple CMOs, instead your team only deals with our team and we manage the day to day issues of a CMO. These service partners are thoroughly reviewed and adhere to the quality agreements managed by Landela in order to provide a seamless and efficient path to development and approval.
Earl Sullivan
Mr. Sullivan currently serves as our chief executive officer and board chairman. He served as our chief operating officer from October 11, 2007 to November 21, 2008, and as our executive vice president of operations from July 13, 2007 to October 11, 2007. Mr. Sullivan has been the executive vice president of RxElite Holdings Inc. since May 2002. Mr. Sullivan brings over 10 years of operations experience and has a track record for success in outsourcing partnerships, operational system development and developing early growth companies into mature platforms. Prior to joining RxElite Holdings Inc., Mr. Sullivan was employed at Green Mountain Energy as its director of operations where he built and managed the Midwest region through a period of high growth. Prior to Green Mountain Energy, he joined Express-Med in September 1997, where he held increasingly senior roles including general manager, and helped to build the company from a start-up to over $100M in sales. Mr. Sullivan is an active member in ISPE (International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers) and PDA (Parenteral Drug Association), as well as participating on several boards for entrepreneurial ventures
Amber R. Smith
Ms. Smith joined Landela Pharmaceutical in September 2009 as our Office Manager and bookkeeper. Ms. Smith was the Market Center Administrator and Controller for Keller Williams Realty from September 2007 to May 2009. From May 2006 to August 2007, Ms. Smith was the Accounting Manager for Victory Mountain Equipment Finance, LLC. From April 2004 until May 2006, Ms. Smith was a legal assistant and controller with Dykas, Shaver & Nipper LLP. Ms. Smith graduated from Eastern Oregon University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management in 2006.
Gene Loli
Mr. Ioli joined RxElite in October 2007 as our manager, regulatory affairs where he has been responsible for overseeing all company regulatory functions, including product maintenance, gmp compliance and preparation of new product submissions. Since joining RxElite Mr. Ioli has successfully assisted in the implementation of new quality programs covering complaint handling, change control, and product recall, successfully supported a major prior approval supplement, as well as maintained all filings as current with the FDA. In addition Mr. Ioli made significant contributions to the successful 2008 FDA inspection which resulted in an outcome of 0 observations. Prior to joining RxElite Mr. Ioli was employed at Watson Pharmaceuticals and Allergan Pharmaceuticals where he played key roles in the development of new products and implementation of electronic EDM systems. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Ioli was employed at UC Irvine where coauthored several peer reviewed scientific publications, established gmp/glp compliance and gained licensure for the university's only research lab.
